How do I make an appointment?
Just call our practice on 01753 662244 and one of our receptionists will be able to assist at an available time that suits you.
How long will my appointment be?
This will depend upon your appointment. Booking a travel clinic booking is generally 15 minutes and GP Consultation up to 30 minutes. Our receptionists will be able to advise on all other treatments.
Is my consultation and visit in confidence?
Totally – we do however advise you to give copies of results to your own GP and we will write to them along with any other specialist after you have given your consent.
Can you give me Travel Vaccination advice over the telephone?
Our receptionists are only allowed to give you basic information. If a Doctor is available they can consult with them to provide more information otherwise all travel vaccinations will be discussed with the Doctor at your consultation.
How do I pay for my Consultation/Treatment?
Payment is to be made after your consultation and can be paid by cash, debit or credit card.
Are blood tests, Swabs etc included in my Consultation price?
No, all blood tests, swabs and other samples are not included in the cost of any consultation, but prices are available on request at the medical centre.
Is there a cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment to avoid possible cancellation charges.
Is there wheel chair access?
The practice is in a single storey building with no steps between the car park and consulting rooms. We have a disabled toilet.
