How can I book my appointment?
You can book your appointment by calling The Lanes Medical Practice on 01753 662244 and speak to one of our receptionists who will book you a 30 minute appointment with the Doctor or Nurse.
What will happen at my appointment?
On arrival our receptionist will ask you to fill out a patient questionnaire and will be on hand to help you. The form will ask you information on destination of travel, your accommodation, previous immunisation history. This will allow the Doctor or Nurse to have full information for your consultation. On consultation the Doctor will discuss your travel program with you and advise you on the vaccinations required.
How much will it cost?
If you are aware of the exact vaccinations you need to have on booking your appointment, our receptionist will be able to provide you with this information or you can look under our Fees sections on this web site where you will see the full list of Travel Clinic prices. Otherwise, if you are unsure of what is needed the Doctor or Nurse will advise on costs at your consultation.
We recommend 6-8 weeks to complete an extensive course of vaccinations. Alternatively we can always help with last minute vaccination even if travelling the same day.
